Having a Stable (and correct) salinity is probably the most important basis for successful reef keeping. 

Frequently, however, we observe in our laboratory analyzes that the salinity value deviates significantly from the optimal value. 

To ensure proper salinity in the reef aquarium, the measuring equipment should be constantly monitored and calibrated. Oceamo 35.0 ppt salinity reference was developed for the easy and safe calibration of refractometers.
