Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charge) or an exchange up to 14 days after receiving it.

Returns

All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tabs and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of you item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged goods, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

DELIVERY

Most orders are shipped on the same day using a next day delivery services. We use a variety of different couriers depending on the size and weight of the order placed and location, which are calculated at the checkout.
